Kelly Krapf is Teacher of the Year
Mathematics teacher Kelly Krapf was chosen as the Dickinson Teacher of the Year for 2025-2026.
Krapf is in her 23rd year in education. She started teaching at McKean in 2001 and has been a part of the Ramily since 2016. Besides Math, Krapf is a member of the National Honor Society faculty council and advises the crochet club. You can oftentimes see her at Dickinson sporting events. She's the one cheerly loudly for her students.
When asked what was her favorite part of being a member of the Ramily, Krapf responded, "When I was diagnosed with cancer, people were shocked how easily I handled my diagnosis. The truth is, it's because I never felt alone. Although I felt burdened, I had support every single step of the way. I'm so grateful to have found my teaching home with such supportive staff."
